A complete reference for every order status in Weebe.

The Orders Listing shows several status columns: Payment Status, Fulfillment Status, Order Prepare Status, and Order Accept Status. The table above describes the overall order lifecycle from your perspective as a vendor.

Product Approval Statuses

Separate from order statuses, your products each have an approval status visible on the Dashboard and in Products Listing:

Who Changes Order Status

→ PendingWeebe (automatic on payment confirmation)
Pending → FulfilledYou (clicking Fulfill on the order)
Fulfilled → Delivered3PL (automatic on delivery scan) or you (manual)
→ CancelledYou (cancellation request) or Weebe

Stuck Orders

If an order stays in Pending for more than 2 business days without action, the Weebe team may follow up. Repeated delays impact your vendor score.
