Order Flow
When a customer purchases your products on Weebe, the order moves through the following stages. Your main responsibility is to prepare the order and mark it ready for pickup — Weebe handles the rest through our 3PL logistics partner.
Order Lifecycle
Customer places order
↓
Order appears in your Orders Listing → status: Pending
↓
You prepare and pack the order
↓
You mark as Ready for Pickup → status: Fulfilled
↓
3PL collects from your location → in transit
↓
Delivered to customer → status: Delivered
What You Need to Do

| Order ready | Click Accept and Fulfill Order — see Fulfilling Orders |
| After pickup | No action needed — 3PL handles delivery |
| Delivery confirmed | Mark as Delivered — see Marking Delivered |
Order Notifications
You receive an email notification when:
- A new order is placed containing your products
- The 3PL schedules a collection from your location
Notifications go to the contact email in your Profile → My Account.
SLA
Prepare orders and mark them as Fulfilled within 2 business days of receiving the notification. Consistent delays affect your vendor standing.
Finding Your Orders
Go to Orders → Orders Listing in the left sidebar. Each order shows:
- Order ID and Store Order ID
- Date and customer name
- Payment mode and payment status
- Fulfillment status
- Order amount
