Draft Orders

Orders → Draft Orders shows orders that have been created but not yet fully placed or paid by the customer — for example, orders initiated via the Weebe admin on behalf of a customer, or orders that were started but not completed at checkout.

What Draft Orders Are

A draft order is an order in an incomplete state. It may have been:

  • Created manually by the Weebe admin (e.g. for a phone or email order)
  • Started at checkout but abandoned before payment was confirmed

Draft orders are not ready to fulfil. They only require your attention once they convert to a confirmed order (status: Pending in your Orders Listing).

Viewing Draft Orders

  1. Go to Orders → Draft Orders in the left sidebar
  2. Review the list of open draft orders containing your products

What You Need to Do

In most cases, no action is required on draft orders. Wait for the customer to complete payment — the order then moves to your main Orders Listing with status Pending, at which point you fulfil it as normal.

If a draft order has been open for an unusually long time or you have questions about a specific draft, contact sellers@weebe.co with the draft order ID.
