3PL Pickup

Weebe uses a third-party logistics (3PL) partner to collect orders from vendors and deliver them to customers. Once you mark an order as Fulfilled, the 3PL is notified automatically.

How Pickup Is Triggered

You do not need to book a pickup manually. As soon as you mark an order as fulfilled in the dashboard, the 3PL receives a notification and schedules collection.

Typical collection window: Same or next business day, depending on your location and the time you mark the order ready.

You will receive an email with the estimated collection time once the driver is assigned.

Pickup Address

The 3PL collects from your registered business address (configured in Profile → My Account → Store Address).

If you need pickup from a different address for a specific order, contact sellers@weebe.co in advance.

What to Have Ready

  • Package clearly labelled with the Weebe order number (e.g. WB-00123)
  • Packing slip inside the package
  • Package accessible at the pickup address during the collection window

Missed Collections

If the driver arrives and cannot collect:

  • You will receive a notification
  • A second collection attempt is made the following business day

If the second attempt also fails, contact sellers@weebe.co to arrange an alternative.

Tracking

Tracking information is added to the order automatically once the 3PL collects the package. The customer receives tracking updates directly.
