Adding products via WooCommerce

If you sell on WooCommerce, you can connect your store to Weebe and sync your catalogue automatically. Products, inventory, and pricing stay up to date without manual re-entry.

Connecting Your WooCommerce Store

  1. Log in to seller.weebe.co
  2. Go to Configuration → WooCommerce Configuration in the left sidebar
  3. Enter your WooCommerce store URL — the store must be publicly accessible (returning a 200 OK response)
  4. Provide your WooCommerce API credentials (Consumer Key and Consumer Secret)
  5. Configure category mapping and sync preferences, then click Save

How the Sync Works

Once connected:

  • Published products from your WooCommerce store are imported to Weebe
  • Synced data includes: product name, price, SKU, description, quantity, weight, images, and attributes
  • Simple and variable product types are supported, including product variations
  • Stock changes in WooCommerce sync to Weebe automatically in real time

Product Approval

All synced products still go through the Weebe approval process before going live. See Managing Products for approval statuses.

Category Mapping

During setup, you map your WooCommerce categories to Weebe's category tree. Products in unmapped categories are placed into the default category you configured. You can update category mappings at any time in your connector settings.

Tips

  • Only published products are synced — draft and private products are ignored
  • Variable products (e.g. size/colour options) sync with their full variant structure
  • Ensure your WooCommerce store URL is publicly reachable; password-protected or staging URLs will not sync
  • Use WooCommerce's bulk edit to update products before syncing to Weebe

Troubleshooting

Products not appearing after connection?

  • Verify the product status is Published (not Draft) in WooCommerce
  • Confirm your store URL is publicly accessible and not behind a maintenance page
  • Check that your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret have Read permissions on the WooCommerce REST API
  • Allow a few minutes for the initial sync to complete

Variants not syncing correctly?

  • Ensure each variation has a price and SKU set in WooCommerce
  • Variations without a price are skipped during import
